We categorize our cookies based on complexity and cost. Each platter has a pre-determined mix of cookies from each category. 
Category A, Category B, Hand Decorated

Medium- (32) 12-A, 12-B, 8-HD

Large- (55) 22-A, 22-B, 11-HD
