Our Naked Butter Tarts are loaded with just our filling. No extras, many consider this the standard Butter Tart. Our Naked Tart has a variety of caramel tones on top. The lighter the colour, the runnier they are. Most are just the right combination of chewy vs. runny.
Our Pastry is all Hand Rolled, which make our main ingredient just a little bit of love from our bakers.
Perfect Flakey Pastry, our slightly chewy, slightly runny filling make this the first variety to win a Medal for our store. This was at Ontario’s Largest Butter Tart Festival in Midland Ontario. For that reason, we have never changed our filling and it is the base for every variety we make.
